Our fertilizer is top quality that is designed to green up your lawn and keep it healthy. We use different varieties based on the time of year and on what your lawn would benefit most from. Fertilizer is included in all three of our lawn care programs.

Our weed control is highly effective and will target many different weeds such as dandelions, clover, crabgrass, nutsedge and others. You can expect weeds to curl up, discolor and eventually die. Weed control is standard in all three of our lawn care programs.

Pre-emergent treatments are critical in lawn care programs because it prevents germinated weed seedlings, such as crabgrass from becoming established, thus dramatically reducing the amount of summer weeds. We apply this during the first two applications for optimum results. Our pre-emergent is included in all three of our lawn care programs.

Grubs can cause a massive amount of damage to your lawn in just a short period of time. Stay protected with our grub control. We offer a preventative that is included in our Plus and Premium Programs. We also offer grub control for actively feeding grubs.

We all know how much of a nuisance mosquitoes are. They bite you leaving you itchy, but more importantly they can also transmit diseases as well. They can also transmit heart worm to healthy dogs. As part of our Mosquito Program we target them with a spray designed to kill on contact and keep them away.

Aeration allows air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots to create a healthier lawn. It breaks down thatch and improves growing conditions, which is why overseeding is typically done with this service. Our core aeration service comes as part of our Premium Program and can also be requested on its own.

A great option when your goal is to thicken up your lawn or to help create a new one is to overseed. We use turf type tall fescue because it is more drought, heat and disease tolerant compared to other grass types. It is recommended to aerate as well to maximize germination results. Overseeding comes with our Premium Program and can also be requested on its own.

Our Programs
Standard Program
This program consists of fertilizers, pre-emergents and post emergent weed controls between 6 applications that will green up your lawn, keep it healthy and target weeds. During our visits we examine your lawn for any potential issues that may occur throughout the course of the season. This program is best if you already have an established lawn that you would like maintained and is our most affordable program.
Plus Program
Like our Standard Program, this one includes fertilizers, pre-emergent and post emergent weed controls but also includes a preventative grub application that will keep your lawn safe from the damage they are capable of doing. It also includes a lime application to help correct the pH level in your soil as well as a complementary summer insect control application. This is 9 applications in total for the price of 8!
Premium Program
This program contains everything that the Plus Program has and also includes a lawn winterizer plus aeration & overseeding. The lawn winterizer gets applied towards the end of the season and will make your lawn more hardy and tolerant to various environmental conditions. Turf type tall fescue is used for filling in your lawn which is more disease, drought and heat tolerant compared to other grass types. You get 25% off the lime application, 25% off the lawn winterizer and the free summer lawn insect application. 11 treatments in total for the price of 9.5!
Mosquito Program
Get rid of those mosquitoes and take back your lawn! Our Mosquito Program consists of 8 applications that protect you throughout the season. Our applications kill mosquitoes on contact and creates a barrier that will keep them away. Adults as well as the larva are targeted for complete control. Although this program is primarily for mosquito control, these applications are also effective against other insects such as spotted lantern fly.
Flea & Tick Program
Protect your family and your pets from fleas and ticks! This program consists of 6 applications that kills them on contact and creates a residual effect that keeps them off your lawn. These applications are applied to your lawn and will also effectively target other pests such as ants, cicada killers, earwig, sod webworm, etc. Get one free application when bundled with our mosquito program. Get one free application when bundled with either of our Plus or Premium Programs.
